On July 18, “Never Forget Our Original Aspiration, and Keep Going to Make Our Dreams Come True - the 40th Anniversary of Reform and Opening-up" National Philatelic Culture Exhibition was held at the 2nd Garden Expo (Qinhuangdao) in Hebei Province. This is the biggest philatelic exhibition with the highest standards and richest contents in the history of Qinhuagdao, and a large number of rare stamps were displayed in this exhibition.
The exhibition is divided into rare stamps exhibition and choicest stamps exhibition, the former was selected by Stamp Museum of China from different periods, including the large Dragons, the Military stamps, and the 1980 Monkey stamp; the latter displayed 130 pieces of 32 species from national wide. All of these exhibits have shown from different angles the great achievements and developments that had been made 40 years ago since the reform and opening-up, especially since the 18th CPC National Congress.
